ECF Takes on New Employees Due to Sustained Growth
ECF have recently taken on a group of new employees to accommodate positive growth and development over the past year, thus boosting our total number of staff to 135. A total of 9 new starters have joined us in the past couple of months covering a variety of functions within our business including Warehouse, Production, Accounts and the Sales Office. HR and Development Manager Robin Haynes comments, “All our new people bring the promise of something new. They have shown that they have the potential to help us grow the business further and continually develop the way we serve our customers.”
We are confident that each one will bring something extra to our team and with their existing skills and experience we can’t wait to see what they can do!
As a company, we place a strong emphasis on the development and training of our staff and we are proud to offer a variety of qualifications to our employees which recognise their skills and competence in the workplace. Currently, we have 9 staff members taking an NVQ in Customer Service and 6 are taking an NVQ in Excellence in Leadership. By investing in people, we can ensure a bright future for ECF, our customers and our employees as individuals.
We advertise our vacancies at www.ecf.co and when recruiting we look for people who can help us grow and develop further. Is this you? If YES then please feel free to submit a covering letter and CV to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why we should hire you.
