We are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. We are expanding our marketing team and are looking to resource an experienced Graphic Designer. If we choose you, you will produce digital / printed sales and marketing materials e.g. brochures, websites, displays, signage, literature and a whole lot more. We are looking for an experienced, creative Graphic Designer to support the sales / PR / marketing functions whilst working to / developing the current brand guidelines. Photography of product / customer displays and installations / projects for case studies should also be inherent to you.
Your work should captivate those who see it and communicate the right message at all times. For this, your innate creative flair and talent to convert "desire into design" must shine through. We also look for people who have robust communication skills, who are able to work within our existing team. A demonstrable passion for furniture and interior design are also high on our list of priorities.
The selected person will work closely with, and report to, the Head of Design and the Marketing Manager with responsibility for:
- Conceptualising visuals based on requirements
- Preparing drafts creating images and layouts, and present ideas by hand or utilising design software as required
- Developing illustrations, logos and other designs
- Producing photography to visually influence the buying decision of the target audience
- Study of design briefs and determine requirements i.e. "turn desire into design"
- Scheduling and completion of projects on time and budget
- Presenting multiple designs and amendments up to and including final sign off
- Ensuring all work is appealing / influential and always on-brand
Your personal capabilities for this exciting and challenging opportunity must be a passion for aesthetics, a keen eye for the details; and a commercial view with a focus on influencing the buying decision of the customer. Robust communication skills and a methodical work ethic are essential for anyone in this role. Flexibility and adaptability to present multiple in-house brands and ranges will need to be demonstrated during our discussions. A current working knowledge of WIX, WordPress and the creation of animations / gifs would be advantageous.
You will need to have a BA (Hons) Graphic Design or equivalent with proven graphic design experience and be familiar with software e.g. InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop / Adobe CC / Photography

Territory Sales Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the expanding external sales team at ECF Ltd as a Territory Sales Manager. ECF Ltd is a well-established KBB British manufacturer and supplier of quality-driven brands. We are looking for applications from those who are interested in developing their career within the KBB sector in a fast-paced customer facing role, working with a vast portfolio of well-established product ranges. This role is an ideal opportunity for applicants with industry knowledge who are currently in a similar role or someone looking for a development move out of the showroom and onto the road.
The successful candidate would be responsible for managing existing accounts and increasing sales while generating new business with the ability to manage and qualify prospects within their territory against ECFs KPIs. The role reports to National Sales Development Manager, Jonathan Head.
- Managing existing high-spend customer base of independent retailers, showrooms, retail studios
- Providing information and reports to customers ensuring full understanding of their needs.
- Working as a thinking partner with the National Sales Development Manager to pro-actively identify and develop new business.
- Setting strategic sales approach to increase sales.
- Qualifying prospects within the OX, GL, HR, NP, LD, CF and SA postcodes.
REQUIRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Kitchen component distribution
- Kitchen furniture manufacture and distribution
- Showroom based kitchen design/sales.
- Kitchen sales with merchant groups
- External sales experience is preferred but not essential.
