Sales Administrator

As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms, ECF is expanding its Furniture Department by recruiting a Sales Administrator. As a Sales Administrator at ECF, you will play a pivotal part in helping the business grow by committing to excellent customer service and efficient order processing. The role is varied and demanding where a flexible “can-do” attitude, pro-active and motivated approach is required. Working closely with our Planning, Production, Warehousing & Transport Teams ensuring orders are delivered on time & in full every time. Knowledge within the KBB Industry advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders pertaining predominantly to kitchens and utilities
  • Issuing detailed & accurate quotations upon request
  • Plan checking & effective communication with the Planning Team
  • Raising purchase orders with suppliers
  • Liaising with trade customers & suppliers using both verbal and written communication
  • Excellent handling of incoming telephone calls
  • Basic knowledge of other products & services within the business to aid customers & colleagues alike.
  • Efficient handling of enquiries both internally & externally
  • Effective communication with other departments within the business
  • Product enquiries
  • Processing of sample orders
  • Provide CRM information to aid with continuous improvement of our customer service
  • General filing and administration
  • Perform other related tasks as outlined by your Line Manager

Capabilities:

  • Highly organised, detail oriented and efficient approach required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Ability to manage varying needs and prioritising to ensure best business results.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Results-driven personality.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment while still paying close attention to details.

Required:

  • Organised & efficient individual who wants to be part of a thriving & busy team.
  • Customer service & order processing experience
  • Industry experience of kitchen design & order processing preferred but not essential.

Education and Professional Certification:

  • G.C.S.E Levels C or above for English & Mathematics
  • CAD Design experience advantageous

Sales / Customer Service Administrator

As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms, ECF is expanding its Internal Sales Department by recruiting a Sales / Customer Service Administrator. As Sales / Customer Service Administrator at ECF, you will play a pivotal part in helping the business grow and develop. The role is varied and demanding where a flexible “can-do” attitude, pro-active and motivated approach is required. Working closely with the team ensuring orders, objectives, deliveries and customer issues are dealt with and within specified timescales and to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the Internal Sales team and manage and maintain their workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out tasks as directed to support the internal and external sales team.
  • Deal with customer issues to the highest level.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with Customer Service requirements.
  • Seek new opportunities to improve customer service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs.
  • Assist in the nurturing of sales opportunities gained from leads.
  • Ad hoc initiatives and projects.

Capabilities:

  • Good knowledge of customer service – what makes a happy customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to manage varying needs and prioritising to ensure best business results.

  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment while still paying close attention to details.

Required:

  • A passion for helping people and excellent Customer Service skills.

Education and Professional Certification:

  • GCSE Level English and Mathematics – minimum.
