Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out tasks as directed to support the Internal and External Sales Team.
  • Deal with customer issues to resolution.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with Customer Service requirements.
  • Seek new opportunities to improve customer service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs.
  • Assist in the nurturing of sales opportunities gained from leads.
  • Accurate recording of all issues on company CRM.
  • Ad hoc initiatives and projects.

Capabilities:

  • Highly organised, detail oriented and efficient approach required.
  • Good knowledge of Customer Service – what makes a happy customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to manage varying needs and prioritising to ensure best business results.
  • Results-driven personality.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment while still paying close attention to details.

Required:

  • A passion for helping people and excellent Customer Service skills.

Education and Professional Certification:

  • GCSE Level English and Mathematics - Minimum.

Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out tasks as directed.
  • Picking and Packing.
  • Supporting warehouse requirements.
  • Loading of ECF vehicles
  • Collating/marshalling of deliveries.
  • Goods-in.
  • Despatch.
  • Work closely with Transport, Production and Sales Office Teams.
  • Ad hoc initiatives and projects.

Capabilities:

  • Attention to detail and efficient approach required.
  • Knowledge of warehousing.
  • Good communication skills (verbal, listening).
  • Basic computer skills.

Required:

  • Can work as part of a team (essential).
  • FLT counterbalance licence.

Production Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of orders.
  • Programming orders using software including the Shopware Suite, Magicut & Woodwop.
  • Monitoring and ordering of stock.
  • Helping to update and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
  • Working with other departments to ensure all orders are delivered in full and on time every time.

All training for the above will be provided where necessary.

Furniture Production Operative

Responsibilities:

  • Full time position working within our busy production department.
  • Undertaking one or more tasks, including - operating woodworking CNC machines, cabinet assembly, door assembly, glass cutting and product picking.
  • Reading job sheets to carry out the required work.
  • Ensuring the products are manufactured to the expected high standard.
  • Working to scheduled production dates and delivery dates.

Capabilities:

  • Motivated with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.
  • Reliable and conscientious.
  • The ability to work quickly and methodically.
  • Good aptitude.
  • Physically fit and healthy.

Van Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of orders onto/off the delivery vehicles.
  • Driving professionally equipped 3.5 Tonne vans.
  • Ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in perfect condition.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all customers on your delivery routes. Both trade customers and end users.
  • Ensuring that delivery documentation is signed/receipted upon delivery.
  • Ensuring that you play your part in looking after our delivery vehicle fleet i.e., cleanliness, damage control and reporting, legal compliance.
  • Basically, you are responsible for all undertaking duties expected of a Professional Driver.

Capabilities:

  • Highly organised, detail oriented and efficient approach required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening)
  • Results-driven personality.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment while still paying close attention to detail.

Required (Including Professional Qualifications/Licences):

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a multi-drop delivery driver.
  • Maximum - 6 penalty points on your Driving Licence which must not include convictions for dangerous/hazardous driving and similar offences.
  • Ability to carry out loading/unloading duties which will include lifting/carrying of products.

Delivery Driver Class 2

Responsibilities:

  • Driving ‘Class 2’ 26, 18, 12, 7.5, 5 Tonne ‘Tacho Reg’s’ vehicles & up to 3.5 Tonne vans.
  • Ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in perfect condition.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all customers on your delivery routes. Both trade customers and end users.
  • Ensuring that delivery documentation is signed/receipted upon delivery.
  • Ensuring that you play your part in looking after our delivery vehicle fleet i.e. cleanliness, damage control and reporting, legal compliance.
  • Basically you are responsible for all undertaking duties expected of a Professional Driver.

Capabilities:

  • Highly organised, detail oriented and efficient approach required.
