Update to ECF Carrier Services
ECF announces that it has selected DPD to provide advanced carrier services for parcel deliveries to complement the existing ECF transport services.
DPD specialise in parcel deliveries weighing less than 30kg and less than 1m in length.
DPD services will enable ECF to introduce advanced next day delivery services which will allow customers (who provide a mobile phone number and email address) to be kept up to date with delivery information, be informed if there are any unforeseen delays and change delivery preferences. This service will be provided via the free DPD app.
DPD parcel services will commence services with ECF from the 30th April 2018.
