ECF will close for the Christmas holidays from Thursday 20th December and re-open on Thursday 3rd January 2019 8.00am.

The annual stock-take is taking place from Friday 14th December 2.00pm until close of day on Friday 20th December. During the stock-take period, new orders cannot be shipped and on site collections are not permitted. Orders received prior to Wednesday 14th December will be shipped on the dates acknowledged.

Please ensure your orders are placed in accordance with the dates below for guaranteed delivery before Christmas:

These dates are given to ensure full coverage of ECF’s extensive nationwide service. If you have an urgent requirement after these dates for delivery pre-Christmas, please call and we can advise further.

The delivery date for orders then due in the New Year will be on your order confirmation. Orders received after 7th January 2019 will then revert to the normal product lead times.

Items to return – please make ensure they are returned to ECF by Thursday 13th December - after this date no returns can be accepted till the New Year.
