Phone System Service Update
We are striving to make your customer experience with ECF Ltd easier and would like to inform you of some changes to our phone system to help you receive a better service from us.
We have added a further option enabling you to reach the GADDESBY Kitchens team when calling the main office number on
- Press 1 for sales including new orders, changes to orders or technical queries
- 2 for customer services including MyECF queries
- 3 for accounts
- Or please hold for reception
Upon pressing 1 the options are as follows:
- For the Components Team press 1
- For the GADDESBY Kitchens Team press 2
- For the Doors and Superior Cabinets Team press 3
- For the VOLANTE Sliding Doors Team press 4
- To return to Reception press 5
- To hear the options again press the * key
